On Saturday, October 1, 2011, from 11:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m., the Farmington Polo Grounds will be hosting the 2nd Annual NEW ENGLAND AUTUMN FEST, once again celebrating all things that make life in New England special and autumn in the Farmington Valley spectacular.

The Polo Grounds is located at 152 Town Farm Road, Farmington, CT 06032.
